With a healthy body comes a positive attitude and confidence. With all of the fad diets and miracles weight loss pills on the market, it is easy to lose sight of all of the natural elements involved in our body's system that, when functioning properly, assist you in weight loss naturally.

This module is designed to assist a person in natural, healthy weight loss. It addresses a wide cross section of issues on both a habitual level and a balanced body chemistry level:

Question: Are there any discounts available for PATHS subscriptions?

Answer: There are two discounts that are currently available.

1. When you renew your subscription prior to it expiring you will automatically receive a 10% discount!

When renewing before your current subscription expires, the new subscription will automatically start the day after your current one expires.

2. All 3 month packages are priced at a significant discount off of the 1 month packages.

Question: What computer requirements are there?

Answer: PATHS is PC compatible. It will not work reliably with Apples. Any version of Windows will work. Make sure that you have at least 512 MB of RAM, it will work, but not reliably with less RAM. If you have trouble viewing the Theater presentation, either open a new browser and login from there, or restart your computer to clear out any memory conflicts, and then login.

Make sure you have stereo speakers set up, or stereo headphones are even better. (If you have a hearing impairment, PATHS will still work for you, however, you should turn the volume all the way down and view the presentation twice a week instead of just once)

Nancy: Have you found any one that the PATHS program doesn't work on?

Scott: We've not found one person that has not had a beneficial response from using PATHS.

How quickly different people respond to different modules does vary.

Aaron: Yes, people do respond at different levels. The more "raw material" someone has in their consciousness regarding golf, for example, then the quicker results they will achieve running the golf module. If someone has no golf data in their consciousness, the golf skill module has to lay down the information from scratch and therefore would take longer to affect the client.

Scott: You can take the same exact module, and have two people the same age and gender using it, and one might notice a difference in a 2 to 4 day period and the other might take 2 weeks before they notice any difference or effect, both using the exact same module.

Nancy: But they all do notice a difference?

Scott: Yes. We have not had one single person who hasn't noticed a benefit, benefits that are so good that they want to continue using it.

Nancy: Can there be any adverse affects from using PATHS?

Scott: Only if an individual does not follow instructions and supplement their diet with additional amino acids (preferably from Spirulina).

PATHS utilizes Rapid Data Transfer (RDT), to safely deliver millions of instructions per minute to the subconscious, which assimilate over a seven day period. Because RDT is delivering these instructions to the subconscious, the subconscious then has to process these new instructions. It needs extra brain fuel (spirulina) to do this.

Nancy: These are additional instructions that your brain is not used to getting?

Scott: Correct. Therefore, if one ignores this recommendation, the chances are great that they will not have sufficient brain fuel to process these new instructions, which will result in them feeling tired, or sometimes people describe it as fuzzy, or the inability to focus or concentrate.

However, within half an hour to an hour of supplementing with spirulina, that feeling goes away.

The key is to supplement your diet with spirulina and one will receive the full benefits or PATHS.

Nancy: Could one use an alternative type of amino acid supplement, or does it only work with spirulina.

Scott: Any good amino acid supplement will work, but you need the complete family of amino acids to fuel the brain so that it can process these additional instructions.

All of our research says that spirulina is the best source, but it really doesn't matter what form you get it in, as long as you get it.

Nancy: Are there any individuals that should not use PATHS?

Scott: Yes. We cover this in the FAQs section on the website.

Individuals suffering from epilepsy shouldn't use PATHS, because of the Theater presentation. Even though we haven't had any experience with this, there is evidence that flashing lights can set off an epileptic episode in a person with epilepsy, so those with epilepsy shouldn't use PATHS.

We also mention on our website that people who are terminally ill or suffering from a life threatening illness shouldn't use PATHS.

Nancy: What about people taking medications, such as anti- depressants?

Scott: There is not a conflict with the PATHS program and someone who is on anti- depressants.

PATHS isn't medication.

PATHS helps the body to function at its best, naturally. The energy you get from one of the PATHS modules that give you extra energy is not coming from an amphetamine, or any other kind of medication that would conflict with a calming prescription medicine that you may be taking. The energy is coming from your body operating in a healthy manner, which will naturally generate energy and not conflict with these medications.

Nancy: Have you considered developing modules that assist in physical healing, modules to help cancer patients, for example?

Scott: We have over 100 PATHS modules in various stages of development.

One that we are working on is a strong anti-oxidant therapy. There are three things that are commonly accepted as good treatments for cancer and a variety of other ailments.

One is to make sure that all of the cells in your body are fully hydrated.

Another is to make sure that you alkalize the body to a 7.4 or higher PH.

The third is to maintain a high level of oxygen in all the cells.

These are three keys that most people in alternative modalities all agree are good in treating anything that responds well to an antioxidant therapy. We are working on modules that focus on these keys, and it shouldn't be too long before we come out with that.

Nancy: It says that you don't recommend watching the PATHS Theater presentation more than once a week, because there aren't any added benefits in doing so. How does that work? I would think that the more you watch it, the more your subconscious is being told to do something.

Scott: We don't recommend that you NOT watch the Theater presentation more than once a week. It's just not necessary to do so.

PATHS RDT transfers millions of instructions per minute into your brain. These instructions are, for lack of a better word, "time released." Two or three minutes of viewing and listening per module are all it takes to deliver enough of these "time released" instructions into one's brain to last approximately 7-10 days.

However, there is evidence that if one watches the presentation more than once a week it does encourage the conscious mind to "get in sync" with the subconscious more quickly.

Nancy: So the time released aspect is actually programmed into the data that you're transferring to the client's subconscious?

Scott: Yes. It's time released, and your body and mind assimilates or utilizes these instructions over the 7 day period.

Nancy: Was it developed that way so that you wouldn't have to watch it every single day? Was that the idea?

Scott: Correct. I do want to mention-there is another benefit of watching the presentation more than once a week-for the vast majority, watching the presentation is very calming and relaxing.

Nancy: You've mentioned that for modules such as the one for producing younger looking skin, or reversing biological aging or increasing muscle, that regular long term PATHS use is required for continuation of the effects. Is there no way for permanent subconscious programming so that you aren't relying on the PATHS system the rest of your life?

Aaron: If something is habit based, such as self- sabotaging thought patterns, which are definitely perpetuated by habit, those can be reversed without having to use the modules indefinitely. One, two, or even three months for some of the "skillset" or "mindset" modules for some people are all that they need.

Once the positive info is embedded into the consciousness, it replaces the negative habitual pattern. A simple analogy is that by growing a light bright enough, the darkness is automatically diminished and the person can move on to something else.

Scott: But frankly, we haven't gone down that path of permanent programming for non-habitual improvements. Early on in our research we discussed going down the path of genetic reprogramming so that one would not have to be reliant on the instructions on a weekly basis. We looked into the possibilities of using PATHS to actually change the genetics of a person so that the programs would continue on a permanent basis. But that is a path that at the time, and currently, we don't want to go down, because there are too many unknowns.

Nancy: The idea is a little scary, the idea of permanently changing something in your mind.

Scott: That's right. You don't know what domino effect you'd be setting off. Whereas, if we give an instruction right now, that's time released over 7 days, to increase skin cell hydration for example, we know that there's not going to be any damage from that.

With genetic programming there are too many unknowns. So the way that we're doing it is safe, and not doing anything that has unknown possible consequences.

Nancy: How do I decide which modules to choose? How do I decide which module combination would most benefit me?

Aaron: This definitely requires some careful thought.
From our experience, some people are prone to choosing modules that they want instead of modules they need. For example, someone may have low self- esteem and they choose the weight loss module. It would definitely help them lose weight, but unless the thought patterns are in healthy shape, they will do whatever it takes to put the weight back on even though they aren’t aware they're doing this. I personally believe the mindset modules are more important than the “glamour” modules because the way we think is the foundation for who and what we become. I think the self-esteem/confidence, mood elevation, and other similar modules are the most important ones for people to start with because after those areas are addressed, it makes more sense to move on to the money or physical modules.
