Fibromyalgia - No Cause, No Cure?

I was told by my doctor when he first diagnosed Fibromyalgia that the cause is unknown. Having then lived with the symptoms and read up on it a little, I believe there are two main contributors.

*Stress! It seems most, if not all people with FMS have experienced extreme stress before being diagnosed. When you think about the harmful chemicals released during stress, the symptoms of FM are no surprise.

*Sleep. My doctor informed me that disturbed sleep was a SYMPTOM of FMS, but I believed that is one of the CAUSES - some doctors now believe this to be the case as well.

Considering what happens in our bodies during deep sleep - healing; growth hormone release and absorption; melatonin being released; proper cleaning of organs; decreased levels of cortisol; repairing of muscle tissue, if a person is sleep-deprived, a result could easily be FM.

My doctor told me there is no cure for Fibromyalgia, and I'd just have to learn to "live with it" and "manage the symptoms".

After changing from medication to medication (none of which worked), and trying various other "treatments", I finally found that the Fibromyalgia instructions included in my Paths Platinum module (which are now in the Fibromyalgia Release Module), combined (I suspect) with the best sleep I'd had in many years (due to the Sleep module which is included in all Paths Theatres), I have been free of Fibromyalgia since April 2007.

It seems there IS a cure after all Doctor ;)

The Importance of Faith

Faith is possibly the single most important feature one can possess. It is available to all, yet hard to take hold of for many.

Countless people go through life authoring their thoughts carefully, editing their cognitive practices in hopes that this will help them create the life that they want. This is an important step, however, without actually believing what you think, it is ineffective.

In order for your thoughts to become reality, you must believe what you are thinking. You must have faith.

And, not only will Faith facilitate the obtainment of your desires, it can actually change you on a cellular level.
