Pranayama is a Sanskrit word meaning lengthening of the prana or breath, or more specifically, breath control.
Breath is our source of life and our breathing habits have myriad effects on our physical, mental and emotional selves.
Poor breathing habits can lead to dis-ease and conditions such as: anxiety, fatigue, poor circulation, insomnia, hypertension, etc.
This Module will support you in breathing in a way that is positive for your health, as well as increasing the benefits of your breathing.
This Module can assist your body and mind's ability to:
- Increase depth of inhalation
- Increase length of inhalation
- Increase depth of exhalation
- Increase length of exhalation
- Increase expulsion of toxic gasses when exhaling
- Increase oxygenation of blood
- Increase desire for fresh, clean air
